The Freedom District Lions Club made a successful impact supporting the 2025 Rise Against Hunger. 16 Lions, 2 guests, and 22 Leos from Century and Liberty High Schools enthusiastically assembled and packed 10,420 meals in less than two hours!! Lion President Bruce Edwards additionally presented a check for $4200 to the representatives from Rise Against Hunger. Thanks to Lion Bob Bastress for his commitment and organization of this event.
