Members of the Freedom District Lions Club (FDLC), in collaboration with the Carroll County Equestrian Council (CCEC), participated in trail maintenance at Morgan Run Natural Environment Area on July 9, 2023. Several teams worked to clear numerous trails, including one that was completely blocked by foliage.
