Every year, Access Carroll hosts a Big Band Merry Christmas Concert.  This year’s concert is TOMORROW, Dec. 2, at 7:30 PM, at Westminster High School.  Doors open at 7:00 pm.  Featuring the Carroll County Jazz Ensemble, directed by Glenn Patterson, this relaxing evening will bring you beautiful music and Christmas JOY! Net proceeds of the event will benefit Access Carroll.
