FDLC joined with Sykesville Freedom District Fire Dept, Sykesville Police Dept, Carroll County Dept. of Emergency Management, and other local vendors to participate in National Night Out.

The club offered emergency preparedness (ALERT) brochures, drug awareness pamphlets, and of course Lions information at our outreach table. The children’s table was quite popular – they could spin the wheel for prizes and pick up activity books. Everyone always enjoys the free French Fries and popcorn!

Fourteen lions volunteered and over 400 Community residents attended.
