Each year the Freedom District Lions Club (FDLC) supports our local schools by recognizing the top three 8th grade and seniors from Oklahoma Road Middle School, Sykesville Middle School, Century High School (CHS), and Liberty High School (LHS). Additionally, FDLC awards scholarships to an outstanding senior from Century High School and Liberty High School, and also provides a scholarship to the Carroll Community College Foundation. This year’s winners are Celia Anthony from CHS and Samantha Barden from LHS. Pictured above are the Service Hour Awardees.
